Hold the chicken by the wings and lower it onto the cone so that the cone goes into the body cavity. Pull the legs forward so that the chicken stays upright. Grill by indirect heat method, or smoke for 1 to 1.5 hours. For best results, use an instant-read thermometer after 1 hour to check for doneness. When done, remove from cone and enjoy. 

How To Care For Your Salt Cone: Himalayan salt is naturally and requires no cleansers. After use, simply wash the salt cone under warm water and scrub lightly with a soft brush or sponge. Do not submerge the cone in water. Dry with a paper towel to remove any excess pockets of water in the cone.

Air-dry the cone for at least 24 hours before next use. Store salt cone in a dry environment until next use.
